If you wish to return an item, you can contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send the e-mail containing your request; send it to info@ersjewelrydesign.com with your order number, name and e-mail address.
In order to realize the return process, you can send the products that you will return to us within 7 days by cargo.
You can put the product you want to return in any package and deliver it to the cargo with a note stating your order number. Refunds are provided within 1-3 business days after we receive them and carry out the necessary controls. Information about the return process will be sent to the party via e-mail within 1-3 business days.
Change
We do not have an exchange option. We request that you return the product you have purchased and make a new purchase for the correct product.
